Notes: A lovely intricate, almost cartographical piece capturing Asakusa’s/Ueno’s historical landscape: the temple grounds of Sensō-ji Temple (浅草寺) afore - leading to the tranquil waters and Benten-do Temple (不忍池辯天堂) of Shinobazu no Ike Pond (不忍池) and further shrines, such as Ueno Park’s (上野恩賜公園) Fivefold Pagoda of Kan’ei-ji Temple (旧寛永寺五重塔), beyond.
