Notes: A fabulously graphical piece from his titled theme, Wind. Maki seemed to play particular focus on the title “Wind” through much of 1976; creating numerous spectacular designs with broader compositional strokes & geometric forms in contrasting colour to beautifully bookend an evolving a shift away from kanji & and compositional “splashes” as a central design theme. (The smaller twin to a sister design: 76-11 (Wind D)).
